Kedar Next Technology is a founder-led technical organization based in India. By accessing our software assets, proprietary codebases, or web interfaces, you are entering into a legally binding agreement governed by these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Operational logic, pricing modules, and technical specifications are subject to optimization and change without prior administrative notice. Product deployment is governed by the respective technical warranty protocols.

2. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

All architectural frameworks, logos, brand identifies, and software binaries remain the exclusive property of Kedar Next Technology or their respective copyright holders. Unauthorized reverse-engineering of our proprietary codebases is strictly prohibited.

3. Transactional Protocols

Refund and cancellation cycles are processed with high-density accuracy. Upon administrative approval, credited amounts will reflect in the source payment node within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Client Obligations

To ensure optimal system performance and service delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provision accurate data necessary for deployment.
• Execute feedback cycles within project-specified windows.
• Grant necessary system node access for infrastructure setup.
• Obtain all required licensing permissions for third-party tools.
• Adhere strictly to the agreed financial schedules.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are constructed under the legal framework of the Republic of India. All dispute resolutions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

6. Technical Change Requests

Infrastructure requirements often evolve during deployment. Change requests are managed as follows:

• All requests must be submitted through official written channels.
• Evaluation of timeline impacts and cost variances will be provided.
• Execution begins only after formal client authorization.
